The card was mailed to Mrs. L. J. Clark, 89 Crescent Street, Auburndale, Mass, by a Mrs. L. Sterling. She thanks Mrs Clark for some Xmas gifts, sent to "Percy" and notes that "he says to tell you that Santa Claus was good to him this year and the picture on this postal is the church he attends". I think she meant Percy but then again...who knows where Santa goes to church?

"Dr. Murray who owns the drug store is from Meadowville. Papa went to school with him and perhaps you did too." His name is "Duncan". McLellans & John McKenzie's stores are not shown on card." The card was not addressed or mailed in the traditional way, and therefore is not postmarked.
